Thank you for visiting. This is where you can find my commission info, including my prices and Terms of Service.

PRICES

  • Payment will be conducted through Paypal invoices unless otherwise discussed.

  • Work will be started after payment has been received.

  • Payments are expected in full within 72 hours of invoice arrival. Otherwise, they will be cancelled.

  • All prices listed here are only for commissions intended for personal, non-commercial, non-profit use.

Prices may increase depending on character or background complexity.To order a commission from me, please contact me through my e-mail ([email protected]).I can also do other types of illustrations besides the ones listed here, such as banners, goods design, etc. Please let me know what you’d like, and we can discuss the commission together.

Prices listed here are for one character. Additional costs are required for multiple characters in a single illustration.

The price can vary drastically depending on many factors, such as number of characters, type of background, etc.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering a commission from me (ShasuraMk2), you agree to all terms listed.

PRICING & ORDERING

  • Payment will be conducted through Paypal invoices unless otherwise discussed.

  • Work will only be started after payment has been received.

  • Payments are expected in full within 72 hours of invoice arrival. Otherwise, they will be cancelled.

  • A custom design fee will be charged if the client does not provide a reference for any characters they would like drawn.

  • The artist (ShasuraMk2) reserves the right to refuse any order, and is not required to provide a reason for doing so.

TIME FRAME

Illustrations such as Icons or chibi/SD characters (with simple backgrounds) will usually be completed within 3 weeks after payment has been received. Larger projects, such as ones with multiple characters or detailed backgrounds, may take up to 3-5 months to complete. You may ask for updates on your commission whenever you want.
If a delay is expected such as from emergencies, the client will be informed as soon as possible.

REFUND POLICY

The client may request a refund at any time before the commission has been fully completed.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact me directly.
If requesting a refund after work has been started, refunds will be given based on how much of the work has already been done on the commission.
If the artist has to cancel at any given time, a full refund will be issued.

ARTWORK RIGHTS

Artist

  • The artist (ShasuraMk2) retains full copyright to the commissioned artworks, and retains the right to post or include the artworks on their social media, portfolio, or other galleries.

  • The rights to the characters remain with their owners.

Client

  • The client is free to use the commissioned artworks(s) for personal use on their social media, galleries, etc.

  • The client may crop or resize the artwork(s) for personal use such as icons, banners, etc.

  • The client may not make any artistic edits, or request someone else make artistic edits to the commissioned artwork(s).

  • The client may not use the commissioned artwork(s) to mass produce or distribute items, even for free, unless they have first contacted me and gained written permission to do so.

All artwork commissioned from me is strictly for personal non-commercial use, unless otherwise discussed with the client.

AI/NFT USE

Not allowed in any form or circumstances.

WORKFLOW

Commissions will usually be done through order of
Sketch > Finished Illustration

Sketch

  • A watermarked sketch will be sent to the client. If given the OK by the client, I will go forward with the commission using the sketch.

  • For larger projects, a rougher sketch (thumbnail) may be provided before the clean sketch, so the client can more comfortably decide if they like the direction the commission is heading towards, and to ensure efficiency for me to complete the illustration based on the client's vision.

  • If there are any changes you would like to request, this would be the best time to decide.

  • At this stage, small changes can be done for free. It is recommended that if there are multiple changes you would like to request, you do them all at the same time.

  • Larger changes such as redrawing the character's entire pose or changing a large portion of the background will cost an additional fee.

  • If you are unsure as to what constitutes as a large change, please feel free to ask.

  • You are not allowed to publicly share or use these sketches for other things. They are only meants to be used as a means of approval for the final product.

Finished Illustration

This will be the final product!
The client will be emailed the final full resolution image file(s) of their commission.
If there are any artistic errors at this stage such as incorrect hair or eye colour, or any other details shown clearly in the character’s initial reference that I missed, they can be fixed for free.
Large changes that were not requested in the sketch stage or were not present in the given reference or description may be accepted with an additional fee.

This ToS is applicable for personal, non-commercial, non-profit commissions only.
